La Française International Claims Collection and the ICC hold their 9th breakfast-roundtable on the subject of “Arbitration involving weakened parties”

Our Adviser, La Française International Claims Collection, along with the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, held on 27 June a breakfast/roundtable to discuss the subject of arbitration involving “weakened” parties.

This was the 9th time that our Adviser and the ICC teamed up to organize this event, which counted over 60 participants with different backgrounds and areas of expertise.
